The following terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Standfor ‘s Website, with a home page located at https://standfor.ie and Standfor’s related social media pages on Instagram and Facebook. By accessing or using any part of our Services you agree to become bound by this Agreement.
By placing an order with Standfor you also certify, that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. You are Age of Consent to give Standfor rights as detailed in these Terms and Conditions and to comply with them. The Services are not intended for those over the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union).
If you do not agree or comply with all the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
This Website is operated by Standfor (Ireland) Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland with Company Number 448434. Our registered address on Lisnabrinny, Rossmore, Clonakilty- Co. Cork-Ireland and our VAT registration number is 4881955R.
Any order you make through the Standfor website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or prohibit or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, for any or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
Further, your breach of these Terms and Conditions may jeopardize your continued use of the Services and may result in the cancellation of your orders, among other consequences.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract for any product purchased will exist between you and Standfor until you receive an email sent by Standfor confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.
Great care was taken whilst compiling this website but neither Standfor nor director or employees of the company nor representatives will be responsible or liable for:
- business losses and/or losses to non-consumers;
- losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made;
- losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier.

You understand that you use services or obtain products through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Payment, Shipping and Product
Standfor can only supply goods that are ordered through the www.standfor.ie website.
Standfor cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders, telephone orders or cash.
The Goods will be dispatched after payment confirmation.
The products Prices and delivery charges are as published on the Website and when Your Order is accepted. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are in Euros or in correspondent currency within the origin of the order. All applicable delivery charges are as stated on the Website at the time You place Your Order.
The delivery charge for the Order is shown on the shopping basket page below Your chosen items. This means that if Your order has more than one item, there is no delivery charge for the additional items.
Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.
Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Standfor control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.
For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world, the VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Any import duty, customs, and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. Standfor will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package. Standfor will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.

Shipping Cost and Times
- Standard shipping to anywhere in Ireland is €6.99.
- Standard shipping to anywhere in the UK is €9.99.
- Standard EU shipping starts at €14.99.
- Standard International shipping starts at €29.99 but is only made upon special request on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery charge for the Order is shown on the shopping basket page below Your chosen items. This means that if You order more than one item, there is no delivery charge for the additional items.
Please note: Free delivery only applies on orders to Ireland containing full-price items and on orders above €100.
FREE DELIVERY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ITEMS ON SALE. SHIPPING FOR SALE ITEMS WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT.
Follow below how long it takes for your order to arrive.
- For orders in the Republic of Ireland, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of shipment.
- For orders in the UK or Europe, you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of shipment.
- For International orders, deliveries can take up to 14 days after confirmation of shipment.
We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all Ireland’s bank holidays). All Ireland’s orders for items held in stock placed before 11:00 am are dispatched on the same day. We dispatch all our orders by either An Post or Courier depending on weight and size.
European and International orders are shipped via An Post or Courier.
However, there may be circumstances beyond Standfor’s control which cause delay and Standfor Co. cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by An Post or Courier.
Please note that during high and sale season, longer delivery times may occur.
Order tracking number
- For Standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland is not possible the tracking number option.
- For Express delivery to the Republic of Ireland is possible but note that this delivery option has different shipping cost.
- For EU orders the delivery confirmation email will include a tracking link, with which you can follow the status of your shipment online via the website of the carrier. It is also possible to track your international order through our Order Tracking page.
We will manage the stock list periodically to ensure the accurate availability of all products displayed online. However, if we do not have sufficient stock of a certain item, or there is any delay with updating the database when multiple customers buy the same product, or by our mistake, we will notify You on the contact provided.
You will be refunded as soon as possible and by no later than 30 (thirty) days from the due delivery.
You can also exchange the Goods you have ordered for others within the same value expend, for that please contact us at email@example.com (quickest way) or by our telephone number +353 (23) 883-8395.
Note that we will not be held responsible for any compensation if Goods which You order are not available for any reason.
Upon completion, all orders will be processed and dispatched.
Colours and Care
Standfor does its best to accurately represent the colours of its Goods photography. However, Standfor has no control over its customers’ monitor and/or mobile settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee that the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Also, some of the products have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which commonly have some variety in production.
We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in Returns and Exchanges policy below, but will not constitute the above as falling into the Faulty or Wrong policy also below.
Due to the technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments’ washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested and quality control checked on each production batch prior to leaving the factory.
Returns and Exchanges
You can get a full refund or exchange an item for an alternative product, for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of Ireland).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return. If you require a refund or an exchange please fill and attach the return form.
The following steps can help.
- Fill in the Return Form that you can find here.
- Take your package to the AnPost or wait for the courier to pick your items.
- You will receive an email as soon as your package reaches our warehouse.
- After your items are inspected by our team, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days if your return is accepted. The refund will be made on the same card used previously to shop the items.
PLEASE NOTE THE INFO BELOW WHEN RETURNING ITEMS:
- Ensure that the items to be returned to Standfor are in proper condition and properly packed using the original packaging (intact);
- The return address is on the form;
- Keep the receipt until we email you the notice of the arrival of your return.
- Customers will need to pay the return postage unless the item they received was incorrect and/or defective. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide proof of postage or tracking number. If the item you received was wrong/faulty- read below.
Returns must be in Saleable condition*:
- when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The item returned must be:
- In its original packaging or package intact
- All tags attached
- Unused products
If You return Goods to Us for a reason other than if You change Your mind, we will inspect the Goods and either replace them or refund the full purchase price for Goods if we accept that there is a manufacturing defect or other fault in the Goods. This is subject to You returning the Goods to Us within a reasonable period.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND SALE ITEMS.
Faulty or Wrong Item
In the unlikely event that the item is substandard, defective or we have sent you the wrong product please email email@example.com your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement, fill and attach the return form.

If the return is due to a complaint, you may return the products even after the 14-day return period has lapsed.

After your items are inspected by our team, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days if your return is accepted. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
We will always reimburse you for any postage paid for a defective item returned to us. Please use a trusted courier and keep proof of postage. These charges will be refunded to the card the order was initially placed with.
